• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and password (stored securely via Firebase Authentication).
• Load and Financial Data: Information you enter into the calculator including revenue, expenses, load details, and notes. This data is stored locally on your device and optionally synced to the cloud (Elite Trucker plan only).
• Photos and Documents: Images or files you attach to your load forms (Elite Trucker plan only). These are stored locally on your device.
• Device Information: Basic device information for biometric authentication (fingerprint). We do not store your biometric data.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the app's features
• To sync your saved forms across devices (Elite Trucker plan)
• To send password reset emails when requested
• To authenticate your identity securely

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase. We use industry-standard encryption to protect your information. Your financial data and load information is private and only accessible by you.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Authentication and cloud data storage
• Google Maps / Places API: Address lookup for pickup and delivery locations
• Google Play Billing: In-app purchases for Elite Trucker subscription

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (Firebase, Google Maps).

6. Children's Privacy

Every Truckers Calculator is designed for professional truck drivers and is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Export your data
• Opt out of cloud sync by using the app in guest mode

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy in the app. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
